Union Ardor was formed with the goal of filling the needs of small and mid-sized credit unions who have operational gaps in their staff by bringing senior-level experience without the overhead of full-time salary or benefits on an interim/part-time basis.

We accomplish this by leveraging 40+ years of executive leadership experience to deliver cost-effective, tailored solutions to meet a credit unions goals while maintaining strict confidentiality and building long-term advisory relationships focused on sustainable growth and risk mitigation.
